RN Legal Nurse Consulting, established in 2008, is a company that works for Attorneys, Insurance Companies, and Legal Review Organizations by reviewing medically related files for cases involving Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Neglect, Abuse, Product Liability, Motor Vehicle Accidents, and Workman's Compensation and other medically related cases.
We assist attorneys to determine the merit of a case, develop a chronology of medical records, identify missing records, explain terminology by research and discovery to explain the relevance of medical findings on x-rays, other imaging exams and physical therapy. We can summarize medical records and give opinions when asked as to the long-term outcomes and implications for a case. We also assist in depositions, obtaining expert witnesses, assessing clients, and estimating life planning expenses for settlements for arbitration or trial.
As consultants, we can save you time and money and effort by direct contracting of cases per case or per hour or per request for certain work products deemed necessary. We can assist with client assessments to adjust the impact of life-altering injuries for treble damages on a case by case basis.
