My name is Cynthia E Hall BSN, RN, PLNC, President of RN Legal Nurse Consulting. I am an experienced RN for 40 years, working in many types of Nursing Service including Director of Nursing for MedWorkers Home Care as President, CEO and Owner for more than six years.
As a Legal Nurse Consultant, I have been reading files since 1998 before there was a title to the specialty. My experience includes NICU, Observation Nursery, Nursing Homes, Long Term Care Facilities, Home Care, and ICU experience.
RN Legal Nurse Consulting is privately owned and operated. Our
company is interested in case by case contracts as well as quick work for
particular needs - such as a 'first blush' for merit of a case. For longer, more
involved cases we can work with attorneys on a per hour rate. What is unique
about RN Legal Nurse Consultants is that we can read 'between the lines'
to determine what Standard of Care was not charted and therefore not
done. With 24 hour reviewing available, we are able to meet emergency
deadlines that are probably impossible for other consultants to even consider.
Another benefit, we can communicate remotely with anyone in the United States for unlimited length of time, day or night. Having high speed Internet and multiple computers at our disposal allows extensive research while at the same time reading a file for a case.

Due to low overhead and quick response time for our work product, you, the attorney or insurance representative, are able to save time and money
normally spent for a full-time employee. By offering one flat fee for a
particular work product or for services by hourly charge at a reasonable rate,
you, the attorney, may alleviate many expenses. Not only would you need to
have an actual desk and space for an employee, there are no further out of pocket expenses for taxes, no office space issues, no need for medical benefits for another employee, no expensive 'paid time off', no sick call-outs, no time
consuming travel to and from an office, no weather related issues, no
matching 401K plans, no life insurance, etc. Not paying for full-time
employee expenses, allows cost savings you can count on. By using a
"remote" company, our concern is to prove to you that we are focused
on serving you very professionally in order to win your repeat business.
Keeping our company busy is up to us and you only pay for services rendered
when you need them.
We are experienced at working with PDF files and organize files into a
comprehensive Chronology with detailed explanations for medical terms and
the implications of one problem to another problem within the body and how
it is manifested for the individual client.
